tres the hard way … wednesday July 20th we’re back at Eastside Luv for SUBSUELO.  itll be our third trip around the block … our first party featured ORO 11, last month was PANAMAMI … and now we’re getting down with DJ BENNETT from Amoeba Records me + Gozar got to play with Bennett a few months back at M Bar’s closing party, and it was the most fun I’ve had this year. I remember Glenn Red saying that Bennett had dropped his favorite AfroFunké guest DJ set of last year. of course, we’ll be joined by Gnotes on the mic+guitar, flamenco dancer La Tigresa bailando on the bar, live percussion on the dancefloor, DJ Ethos cutting it up, and the eversnappy photographer Farah Sosa.
